Pivy LTD400 Deep Image Pack for NUX MG-50

Pivy LTD400 is a tone pack inspired by the Peavey Session LTD 400 preamp pedal. This pack is built on Choptones Deep Images, our captures of the original pedal for the NUX MG-50, paired with Choptones Custom IRs, so you get the genuine voice and feel of the real unit on your device.

How It Sounds

The normal channel delivers an even response that remains articulate under different playing dynamics, while the normal channel with higher presence adds extra top end clarity and definition so notes and chords cut through with more attack.

Each preset went through multiple sessions on the actual unit, adjusting mic positions and cab pairings, listening for the difference between a setting that sounds impressive in isolation and one that actually works in a mix. They all sound like the same unit, just from different angles.

What's in the Pack

The Deep Images cover the normal channel and the normal channel with higher presence. The IRs were captured with a Peavey Invective 4x12 with Celestion V30 and G12H75 Creamback speakers, a Mesa 4x12 with Celestion G12M, two Marshall 1960 4x12 cabinets with Electrovoice EV12 Black Label speakers, and a Peavey C212 2x12 with Celestion V30 speakers, chosen per preset based on what each tone needed.

This pack is made for the NUX MG-50.

7 ready-to-play presets, built on 2 Choptones Deep Images and shaped with 5 Choptones Custom IRs. Load the Deep Images and the IRs on your device, then recall the presets.

Remember to set the gain and general volume knobs at your liking, according to your guitar and pick ups!
