Refund policy

Choptones sells digital content (downloadable guitar tone files, presets, profiles and IRs) which is not supplied on a tangible medium.

At checkout, before completing the purchase, you expressly request and consent to the immediate supply (download) of the digital content and you acknowledge that, once the download begins, you lose your right of withdrawal. Accordingly, under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply and digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory legal guarantee of conformity: if a product is defective or does not work as described, please contact info@choptones.com and we will resolve the issue (repair, replacement or refund as required by law).
